Vector All/Any Greater Than
Vector All/Any Less Than

`vec_all_gt(arg1, arg2)`

Each predicate returns 1 if each element of arg1 is greater than the corresponding element of arg2. Otherwise it returns zero.

`vec_all_lt(arg1, arg2)`

Each predicate returns 1 if each element of arg1 is less than the corresponding element of arg2. Otherwise it returns zero.

`vec_any_gt(arg1, arg2)`

Each predicate returns 1 if at least one element of arg1 is greater than the corresponding element of arg2. Otherwise it returns zero.

`vec_any_lt(arg1, arg2)`

Each predicate returns 1 if at least one element of arg1 is less than the corresponding element of arg2. Otherwise it returns zero.
